My fiance and I have been renting the home we are living in for about two years now, but recently this year we have had some strange occurrences.

The first occurrence took place a few months back. There is this strange bell, almost similar to what schools used in the past to inform students when class was over, that is placed on the wall next to the door bell. Never before have we heard it, but a few weeks it would randomly sound off creating a similar sound to a school bell. I thought it could have been someone ringing the door bell to find out no one was there. I tried ringing the door bell myself and the strange bell would not make a sound. I told my fiance about it and she would not believe me because it would not make a sound when she was at home. Finally, while we were watching television the bell sounded off.
